Currently serving as the associate speaker for It Is Written and the co-host of the programs, Line Upon Line and SALT 365. The son of an Army officer, he traveled extensively as a child, developing an appreciation and love for the many and varied cultures of the world. Settling in Florida, his study of the Bible during his years at the University of Florida finally inspired him to attend an evangelism training school for lay members. Eric is now a veteran of over 80 evangelistic campaigns across the United States, Canada, Asia, and Europe, and has served as an evangelist and evangelism school administrator for 17 years. A popular television speaker, Eric is often described as having a gift for making even difficult biblical topics easy to understand. He is joined in ministry by his wife, Hildelisa, and their two children, Noelani and Justin.
Jorge is currently the President of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Australia. He was born in South America and has made Australia his home for the past 30 years.
He studied Engineering in his native country of Chile, before coming to Australia and pursuing his real passion – Theology. He completed his Theological training at Avondale.
Jorge has served the church as a pastor and administrator for more than 25 years, with his last role as President of the South Queensland Conference.
A great number of years Jorge spent pastoring several vibrant churches in the South Queensland Conference. He is passionate about seeing people being involved in ministry, particularly digging into the Word and sharing it with other people.
He is married to Liliana, a medical research scientist, and they have two adult children.
When he’s not in the office, Pr. Munoz enjoys spending time with his family, reading, the outdoors, and gardening.
Pastor Vadim Butov was born and raised in the land of frost and snow, the eastern slopes of the Ural mountains. Coming from the atheistic background he became an Orthodox Christian at 14 but having discovered the 3 Angels messages he converted to Adventism when he was 15. Thus a wonderful adventure with Christ started which resulted in his studies for ministry and 25 years of work as pastor, evangelist and church administrator. His special interests are public evangelism and Christian apologetics, so make sure you bring your most challenging and provocative questions to his meetings. He is married to Elena, a former paediatrics doctor, now a lady pastor and PhD in New Testament theology. The last 8 years they spent working as pastors at Avondale Memorial church in Cooranbong, NSW and now they are looking forward to challenges of Melbourne where they’ll serve as pastors in Pakenham and Crossroads 2421 and be engaged in Victoria evangelism. They have two lovely boys, Paul and Alex. Vadim has three hobbies, swimming, learning foreign languages and putting his kids to bed at night.”
There are many words that people use to describe Anthony but passionate and influential are most fitting when it comes to his cutting-edge approach to youth ministry. He is deeply driven about youth and the work it entails and has been blessed to be serving in this area for over 15 years. His enthusiasm for working with millennials who he believes are the future and leaders for today keeps him seeking for new innovative ways to reclaim, retain and train people for Christ.
Pastor Anthony Fuller, a Minister of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, is a graduate of Oakwood University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Evangelism and a graduate of Newbold College, where he earned his Master of Arts in Systematic Theology. He is currently studying for his Master’s in Business Administration at the University of West London.
Pastor Fuller was extended a call by the South England Conference in 2011 where he served as Pastoral Intern at the Lewisham Church and in 2013 was assigned to the Fulham and Stonebridge district of churches.
He is currently serving as the chaplain at the Hyland House School and Youth Director for the South England Conference where he is passionate about proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ, making the Word of God relevant in the lives of believers, and inspiring the youth to be disciples rightly trained in the hope of the soon coming King.
Anthony’s mission is to know and serve God, his family, and those within and outside his sphere of influence. Married to the former Caroline Campbell, the couple are proud parents of three boys, Anthony Jr, Christian and Ethan.
Pastor Phil Yates was born in Victoria and moved to Queensland at the age of 2. He is married to Trish and they have two children (Poppy – 9, Banjo – 8) and one dog (Mabel). He has spent 14 years teaching (secondary) Industrial technology and graphic design in Australia and England. His passion for sharing Jesus with Teens/Youth lead him to Avondale where he completed a Grad/Dip Theology and Ministry. Phil now works as a Minister and Chaplain in the Capital (Canberra)
Paul was born in El Salvador, Central America, grew up in Melbourne, Victoria,
and now currently ministers in the Greater Sydney Conference as associate pastor of
Wetherill Park church and chaplain at Mountain View Adventist College. He is married to Tess
and they have two children, Kelicia and Kanaan. Raul has a passion for sharing the love of
Jesus with all ages but particularly loves sharing Jesus with juniors and seeing the way they
respond when they understand the amazing love of Jesus and the great purpose he has for their lives.
