AdventCare is a ‘not for profit’ organisation offering aged care that embraces Christian values. Established in Victoria in 1949 we have since expanded to include a number of care facilities and independent living villages.
About the role
In this role you will provide Administrative and Secretarial support to the CEO at our corporate office in Nunawading. Primary duties in include:
• Managing the CEO’s correspondence, communications and diary
• Organising meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking and monitoring on progress
• Liaising with site managers and suppliers
• Monitoring and maintaining all publicity and marketing material as directed by the CEO
• Maintaining our record management system including filing, storage, archiving, and disposal of records according to regulatory requirements
• Efficient WorkCover management as per the Organisation’s Return to Work, Rehabilitation and WorkCover policies
Skills and experience
• 3 years previous experience in an EA role
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Advanced word processing skills
• Intermediate competency with MS office suite including Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to work independently and make decisions
• Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards essential
