Jared recently shared some of his personal situation during a phone conversation with Pr Trevor Rowe. It was obvious to Trevor that Jared urgently needed a vehicle to be able to find work, so Trevor immediately began to pray for a solution.
Soon afterwards, the Lord put it in Trevor’s mind to call ADRA Victoria and found that Rebecca Auriant had the answer!
Rebecca knew of a generous couple who owned an older vehicle in good repair that they were willing to donate to someone who really needed a set of wheels. In fact it was something they were praying about!
Transfer arrangements were made, and the accompanying photo shows Jared with the Holden Jackaroo.
God, knowing of Jared’s need, connected people willing to help others at just the right time.
He will do the same for each of us as we place our needs before Him and consider how we might help others with what He has given us, whether it be skills or possessions.
I wonder if there may be other suitable vehicles available ‘out there’, which could be made available to ADRA to share with others in need?
