A property purchase, sale, new development or renovation can be one of the largest business decisions a church body ever makes.  Unforeseen complexities and an increasingly regulated developmental environment can, however, turn a simple and straightforward infrastructural goal into a complicated, drawn-out and wearisome burden to the local church.  This in turn, can take  the attention and energies of our church members away from our core missional purpose.

This Online Church Property Resource aims to help Church entities in achieving their infrastructure goals, by providing a basic framework of relevant information and practical counsel. 

The downloadable resources seek to provide a practical user-friendly process to help you identify key questions, approvals needed and people to go to for help and advice. 

We have also compiled some Spiritual Counsels for you to keep in mind as you work through solutions for your infrastructure needs.
