The Healesville Adventist Church is located in the beautiful ‘green’ of the outer Yarra Valley. Healesville members have the love of God deep in their hearts and as a result they are strong in outreach to seek and save people for the Kingdom of God.
Adventist FM Radio broadcasts to the town there is a considerable interest in establishing FM radio stations in surrounding small towns.
Healesville members are keen to distribute Adventist literature, with one of their projects being to present printed material from a stand at the monthly Healesville Sunday morning market. Unfortunately this has not been possible during COVID-19 lockdown.
For the past two years, Franco Olak has been employed as a Bible worker in Healesville. Franco’s door knocking and letterbox card distribution has reached a number of community people who have indicated an interest in reading the Bible with him.
Some home studies eventuated from this, and more recently, with the restrictions, readings have been conducted via online contact.
The Light of the Word continues to shine in Healesville.
