These two congregations share a pastor, who tells us that Melton has been running two Youth zoom meetings over each weekend and that members also have been joining up with various other Adventist church zoom groups. The Youth group has also kept in contact through a closed Messenger group. The head elder has been contacting every member fortnightly and dropping off the Record and Sabbath School pamphlets, when allowed.
Mont Albert members have been keeping in contact via phone calls.
Sadly, during this time across both churches they have lost three members and others have ill or needed surgery. But there has been cause for celebration, with a new birth too. The Lord gives and the Lord takes away… Blessed be the name of the Lord.
