- We’re finding new ways to nurture our churches and reach out to our communities during this coronavirus crisis and in the process many of us have been forced to become Zoom & online streaming experts.
- Well here’s a crazy idea to think/pray about…
- Faith FM is launching an afternoon drivetime program (coming from Adelaide), and this has created two new timeslots (on Sabbath and Sunday at 5:30-6:30pm AEST) for a new live radio show.
- Audiences everywhere at present are becoming used to new combinations of online/on-air media, and Faith FM are inviting expressions of interest for a new live interactive radio program streamed straight out of Zoom.
- The flexibility of Zoom gives potential for a whole lot more than what we’ve previously imagined:
- Zoom could simply connect presenters for a live Bible study discussion
- An open session incorporating audience participation from the chat channel
- Moderated group discussion
- Even unmuting a selected participant for Q&A if you’re game!
- Zoom does give a lot of control over participants, but audience participation would require a dedicated “Zoom host” on your team to manage the audience participation side of things.
- A two-month commitment is required.
- …or maybe you have a completely different idea (without Zoom) of how Faith FM can use these two live timeslots? (get in touch with Faith FM – [email protected])
