Towards the middle of last year during the Melbourne lockdowns, Angela and Tania (mother and daughter) who were devout Roman Catholics, were becoming discouraged with their church which led them to search for a new church who is true to the Bible. In their search online they come across some Bible studies presented through the Amazing Discoveries. Tania and Angela reached out to the nearest Seventh-day Adventist church and asked for Bible studies. Pastor Nicu Dumbrava (Hughesdale Church Pastor) visited and studied the bible every week for the last 4 months and on Sabbath, May 14 – Angela and Tania have committed their lives to Jesus in baptism in front of their family and their ‘new’ church family. Pastor Nicu continues to meet with Tania and Angela’s extended family as they continue to grow their faith and share their new found faith in Jesu with others. We praise God that the Holy Spirit is at our in our community and we can be used by Him to share the good news of Jesus and His soon return.
