A lot has happened since we last reported on what AMM have been doing. Two of our members took a road trip to Adelaide – the result? A new chapter of AMM was established. Add to that, we have visited many city and country churches, helping to support and encourage members, particularly in the smaller outposts.

We have made four annual visits to Numurkah Church and it was very sad to see it has now closed its doors. We sincerely wish our Numurkah friends all blessings and are sure we will cross paths in the future.

Portland Church only has a small membership but its numbers swelled to over 50 on our last visit as the members of Longriders Christian Motorcycle Club from Mt Gambier joined us. We invaded and participated in Sabbath School and the main service.

There was a baptism and the morning ended with a huge lunch followed by an afternoon of fellowship. Although small, this church is a real beacon in the community of Portland and an important outpost of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Please visit if you are ever in the area.

We recently visited Adventcare Whitehorse for a fun afternoon with the residents. These ladies and gents, many who helped shape our church to what it is today, are full of stories that are waiting to be told, it only takes someone to ask. And ask we did.

AMM Victoria is sponsoring a young boy so he can attend a Christian school in Cambodia. Sreung Phirnum comes from an extremely poor family in dreadful circumstances and through Connecting Hands, who do totally awesome work (check them out https://connectinghands.com.au/), we are helping him.

There are many more similar visits planned and we are always looking for new members. If you have a bike, like to ride and have a passion to share Jesus, come ride with us.

Live the Mission!
