Friends, Imogen Courtney and Emily Hankinson publicly declared their love for God at their baptism held at Lysterfield Lake. Imogen came to know Jesus through Edinburgh College where she has been a student since 2018. She enjoyed daily classroom worships, chapels and Fun Learning About God weeks. With encouragement from her Edinburgh friends, she attended Vic Youth Summer Camps and thoroughly enjoyed the message she heard at the night programs.
Emily’s grandfather, Pastor Denis Hankinson, studied with the girls in the lead up to their baptism. A number Edinburgh staff and students joined family and friends to support the girls in their decision. Despite very chilly conditions, the girls couldn’t stop smiling.
