I will say Yes to big camp proceeding and ask our church, God’s chosen people to trust in God and claim the promise from the whole of Psalm 91.
the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Psa 91
It is such a time as this that we can claim the promises of God and cover ourselves in the blood of Jesus, in faith we go and God will take care of the rest.
