Cedarvale is seeking applications for the role of General Manager – Victoria. The commencment date to be determined. They would primarily include the following duties.
- Ensure that Cedarvale successfully achieves its mission by promoting a Lifestyle Medicine approach to health and wellbeing and explore ways to encourage guests on a spiritual journey.
- Ensure financial viability of Cedarvale Victoria and its operations
- Ensure a sustainable level of guest bookings by developing marketing and promotion plans for Cedarvale–Yarra Ranges.
- Management recruitment/training of staff and volunteers that will promote a happy work environment that becomes a key witness to guests delivering them a positive experience.
- Promotion of Cedarvale to potential guests, donors, staff and denominational key stakeholders and/or partners.
- Manage all facets of the health centre program including the interaction between the health ministry training program, student and guest interactions.
- Train staff by providing understanding in the importance of “preparing the soil and planting seeds” with the guests in a non-threating way that will positively promote the mission of Cedarvale.
